Synopsis for LOCK: For some kids, the garage is an oasis away from parents, homework, and chores. But sometimes, there may be something hidden amongst the junk and clutter. Something that makes ‘alone time’ not what it seems.

Director’s Statement: Shot entirely in our garage with an iPhone, a handful of LED lights, and some jury-rigged film equipment, LOCK had everyone in the family working to create a sequence of dread. The only one not involved with the last name “Zimmermann” was Christopher Guglick, an outstanding composer from Toronto who crafted phenomenal (and ominous) music to accompany it.
