FROM HELL

I’ve seen last night’s Halloween flick FROM HELL several times, and am always impressed by the Hughes Brother’s beautiful/ugly style of greens, whites, and blacks for London 1888. Also, it was sort of nice to see Johnny Depp again before he started going downhill (I’m of the camp that thinks he’s been slumming it bad the past ten/fifteen years.) At any rate, Ian Holm as Jack the Ripper — that’s some pretty good stuff.
